The Rowing Song

'The Rowing Song' by Roald Dahl

Some kind of ode to Nepal, whose nature disaster reminds me of the earthquake happened at Yogyakarta some 8 years ago. It was very devastating watched the houses were broken down, newly-built buildings collapsed, no electricity, and people jammed the roads, panicked.

I was told by mail that a huge wave of tsunami came from Hindia Ocean. It was apparently an anonymous junk mail, of course. I was laughed really loud in amongst panicked people that time.

And I wonder now, what kind of junk message comes around people of Nepal in their handphones from this huge shock? Anyway, I hope for the best for them.

I forgot to mention Louis Edo Kriskelana as my inking-assistant. Thanks, mate!
And the poem was one of Roald Dahl's splendid treasure pile.
